Fried Duck Gizzards with Winter Bamboo Shoots

Ingredients: winter bamboo shoots (cooked), cooked duck gizzards (sliced), dried chilies (cut open)

Put the cooked winter bamboo shoots on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.
