Fried Duck with Aberdeen Ginger

Wash the duck legs in advance, add ginger and onion soy sauce, mix well and marinate for six hours.

Prepare ginger, garlic cloves and green and red peppers.

Wash the ginger and cut into thin slices, wash and cut the green and red peppers, pat the garlic cloves and chop them into fine pieces.

Heat the oil in the pot.

Pour in the duck meat and stir fry, add half of the garlic cloves, and stir well.

Dilute the dark soy sauce, pour it into the pot, and stir well.
7.
Pour in the ginger and stir well.
8.
Pour in the remaining half of the garlic cloves and green and red peppers and sauté until they are broken.
9.
Drop in the raw soy sauce to get the flavor out of the pot.
