The duck meat is marinated and burnt without any special taste. Yam contains amylase digestion, which can break down sugar and fat. It is an ideal nutritious food suitable for all ages at home.

Roasted Duck Leg with Yam

1. Get ready to clean duck legs.

2. Wash duck legs and chop small pieces; pour in light soy sauce, mix well and marinate for flavor (usually put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight).

3. Prepare chives, ginger, garlic cloves, star anise, and dried red peppers.

4. Prepare the yam.

5. Peel the yam, wash, and cut into hob pieces (soaked in vinegar water will not be oxidized and blackened); wash the ginger, garlic cloves, and chives separately, cut and mix well.

6. Heat the oil in the pan, sauté the ginger; set aside the ginger, pour the duck pieces, and stir-fry until the oil is obtained.

7. Add star anise and dried red pepper, and continue to stir fry until the aroma is achieved.

8. Add dark soy sauce, stir-fry and color.

9. Add half a bowl of boiling water and simmer for 10 minutes.

10. Pour in the light soy sauce and stir well.

11. Pour in garlic cloves and chives and stir well.

12. Add black pepper, adjust the flavor and transfer to a bowl.
