Fried Fish Nuggets

Wash the fish body and set aside

Cut the fish into pieces, preferably smaller, the fish I bought is a bit big, it’s not easy to handle

Wash the cut fish pieces twice with water, then soak them in light salt water for 5 minutes, remove and drain

Marinate the fish with salt, cooking wine, pepper, and ginger for 30 minutes

Then add starch and mix well

Put the oil in the pot and heat it to 70% heat, then fry the fish on high heat until golden.
Tips:
The fried fish pieces can be used for soup or stir-fry with green peppers and others
If you want to make the fish pieces darker, you can add some dark soy sauce
