Fried Fungus with Sauerkraut

Wash the ground fungus.

Bring water to a boil in a pot, blanch the ground fungus, and then remove the water to drain.

Chop the sour radish, sour chili, and garlic sprouts.

Put oil in a pot, heat it up, add sour radish, sour chili, and white garlic, and stir fry.

Add the ground fungus, stir fry, add salt, light soy sauce, and stir fry evenly.

Finally, add garlic leaves and stir fry.
Tips:
The fungus should not be blanched for too long, just boil the water.
Sour radish and sour chili are salty, so you should put less salt.
