Fried Noodles with Cabbage and Carrots

Wash and slice carrots.

Wash and shred cabbage.
3.
Wash and shred the green peppers.
4.
Cook the noodles in boiling water and remove them for later use.

Saute garlic in a frying pan, add green peppers and cabbage and stir-fry until raw.

Add carrots and noodles and stir fry. Add chili, cooking wine, and red 99 seafood seasoning according to your personal taste.
7.
Finally, add pepper and appropriate amount of sugar to stir fry until fragrant.
