Bacon Baked Noodles

Prepare the materials.

Dice green and red peppers, cucumbers, carrots, onions, and bacon. Cut the rough noodles into small dices. All materials are basically the same size when diced.

Boil the water in a boiling pot and add the noodles.

Cook and remove the cold water to cool, wash off the stickiness, and drain the water.

Heat the pan and add butter.

When the butter melts and heats up, add onions and saute in sequence, add bacon and fry until the color changes, add the cut vegetables and stir fry evenly.

Stir-fry until the vegetables are broken, add noodles and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of black pepper, add appropriate amount of tomato sauce and stir-fry evenly. Season with salt and light soy sauce.

Stir-fry the vegetable noodles.

Mozzarella cheese thawed beforehand.

Serve in a baking bowl.

Sprinkle a layer of mozzarella cheese. Put it into the upper middle of the preheated 200 degree oven.

Bake until the cheese melts and focus appears on the surface.
