Fried Pig's Mouth with Hot Pepper

The pig's mouth is cut and set aside.

Cut the hot peppers and set aside.

Eight layers of rapeseed oil are cooked and the garlic is sautéed. Put in the pig's mouth and add some light soy sauce. Fry until the pig's mouth is shiny, add sharp peppers and stir-fry, add salt to taste.
