Fried Pork Head

Cut the green onion into sections, cut the chili into pieces, and slice the pork head.

Put the fat pig's head meat in the pot and stir-fry to obtain the oil, then add the onion, chili, and the lean pig's head meat and stir fry.

Stir-fry until the green onions are soft, pour in the soy sauce, sprinkle with salt and stir-fry evenly.

Put it on the plate and smell it!
Tips:
If the pork head is extremely thin and the oil can’t come out after stir-frying, add an appropriate amount of oil and add the ingredients after the oil is hot.
