Portulaca is the whole plant of Portulaca oleracea, also known as purslane, longevity vegetables, melon seeds, edibles, longevity amaranth and so on. Sweet and cool in nature. It has the functions of clearing away heat and toxins, reducing swelling and stopping dysentery, and prolonging life.

Ingredients

Fried Portulaca Oleracea

1. Wash the purslane, drain the water, diced the garlic braid, and slice the ginger for later use.

2. Turn the pot on high heat, and fry the purslane in oil.

3. Stir fry with ginger and garlic.

4. After the purslane becomes soft, add salt and mix well out of the pot.
