Fried Portulaca Oleracea

Wash the purslane, drain the water, diced the garlic braid, and slice the ginger for later use.

Turn the pot on high heat, and fry the purslane in oil.
3.
Stir fry with ginger and garlic.
4.
After the purslane becomes soft, add salt and mix well out of the pot.
Tips:
Stir fry the whole time.
