Ingredients: 1 piece of purslane

Broken the purslane, remove the old leaves, rinse and soak, and drain the water

Ingredients: preserved eggs, pork, garlic cloves

Heat oil in a pot, pour the garlic and sauté

Tips:
Purslane must be cleaned, most of which are soiled and sandy. The soup is similar to other vegetables, such as mustard greens, sweet potato sprouts, and bean sprouts.
