Fried Rice Noodles with Shrimp

Wash the dried shrimp first, then soak until soft.

Prepare the sauce in a container in advance: light soy sauce, sugar, fish sauce, pepper, and water.

Cut rice noodles into about an inch in length.

Heat a double-sided pan, pour in a proper amount of olive oil, and pour in the soaked dried shrimps.

Stir-fry slightly until dry.

Set aside and put in the chopped rice rolls.

Add ginger shreds.

During the process, the rice noodles need to be inverted and fried until both sides are golden.

Pour in the prepared sauce, cover and simmer until the water is dry.

Open the lid and put the green onions, stir evenly and then turn off the heat.
