Fried Rice with Capers and Pork Sausage

1. Thaw the meat sausage and cut it into your favorite size

2. Capers, carrots, green peppers, diced

3. Cilantro minced

4. Heat oil in a pan, stir fry the sausages

5. Stir-fry until the meat intestines is slightly burnt, then add capers and carrots

6. Then add green peppers, stir fry until broken

7. Add rice and stir fry

8. Add soy sauce and stir fry evenly

9. Finally, add a little salt, add chopped coriander, and stir-fry evenly.
