Fried Spring Rolls

The market buys ready-made pancake crusts.

Wash the leeks and chop them finely and add a little oil so that there will be no water.

Put in the meat, I am making meatballs at noon, and the remaining meat. (Add five-spice powder to the meat filling. Oyster sauce, salt cooking wine) Mix and stir well with leeks.

Because this skin is really too thin. Brush a little oil on the two I used.

Add 1/3 of the minced meat and fold in half. (Less meat.)
