Three Fresh Vegetable Rolls

Wash and cut the leeks into 8 cm sections, and set aside.

Soak shiitake mushrooms and cut into shreds. Set aside.

Wash the bean sprouts and drain the water for later use.

The lean meat is marinated with shacha sauce for about 10 minutes.

Bake each egg into a pancake shape, then cut into about 8 cm shredded egg, set aside.

Stir-fry the mushrooms for a few minutes, then add water and simmer for about 5 minutes, add a little salt to let it taste, add in the lean meat, stir-fry, add a little soy sauce to enhance the color, and serve. \nFry in step 1 for 2-3 minutes and add to step 3 to cook, add in steps 6 and 5, stir well, add a little monosodium glutamate or chicken essence, and stir well.
