Soak the bamboo shoot tips you bought in clean water for five or six minutes, (remove the sand in the leaf nest), wash off the dripping water, and then cut them into slices

Prepare dried chili, garlic slices and ginger

Tips:
Add the dried chilies and shallots and garlic quickly, otherwise it will get a little mushy~
