Ingredients

Fried Yogurt

1. The yogurt is made first, and the yogurt machine bucket is scalded with boiling water to rinse and dry. Pour in pure milk, add 20 grams of powdered sugar, and see the amount of powdered sugar for yourself. This depends on your personal taste, and then mix well.

2. Open the yogurt starter. There are 10 sachets in a large pack. Use one small bag at a time. Keep the unused ones in the refrigerator and keep them at room temperature for 15 minutes before each use, and then warm up slightly.

3. Pour 20 grams of powdered sugar into pure milk, stir evenly by hand pumping, and pour the starter into the milk.

4. Stir evenly with a whisk

5. Cover the lid of the yogurt machine, plug in the power source, and the yogurt will solidify in 6-8 hours.

7. Prepare 300 grams of yogurt, 30 grams and 20 grams of peanuts and cranberries. If you like to eat, you can put more

8. Crush the peanuts with a rolling pin

10. Pour crushed peanuts into a clean bowl

13. After mixing well, pour it into a clean baking pan and mix it with a spatula.

14. Shake it, shake the surface flat, and put it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours
