Fried Yogurt Bread

Prepare the ingredients, and choose the thicker yogurt as much as possible. I chose the thinner one.

Cut the slices of bread in half, pour yogurt on one slice, and cover the other slice so that it does not flow out. Put it on the disk for later use.

Beat the eggs (it's best to only use the egg yolk, because I don't have enough eggs at home, so I use all the yolk and egg whites). Wrap the egg liquid on the noodles (don’t worry about the bread falling apart).

Pour oil in the pan (as explained here, you can use a wok to fry like deep-fried dough sticks), and put in the wrapped bread.
5.
Fry until golden on both sides and then out of the pan.
