Frozen Tofu Roasted Large Intestine

Marinated large intestine and cut into pieces.

Cut frozen tofu into cubes.
3.
Add oil to the hot pot and put the scallion and ginger into the pot.

Put it into the large intestine.

Stir fry for a fragrance.

Then add frozen tofu.

Stir-fry evenly, add the remaining chopped green onion, ginger, salt, and appropriate amount of water, stir well.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes and turn off the heat.
Tips:
The braised large intestine itself has a salty taste, so don't add too much salt.
