Fruit Yogurt

The yogurt machine is sterilized at high temperature, and 500ml of pure milk and 10g of starter are poured into the container together. Pour a small amount of warm water (about 42°C) into the yogurt maker, turn on the power, and the yogurt can solidify in about 8 hours. If you like sour, you can ferment for a little longer, but not more than 12 hours.

During the fermentation of yogurt, the mangoes are peeled, cored and cut into small pieces. The pineapple is bubbled with light salt water and cut into small pieces as well.

After 8 hours, the yogurt is made (if you like sweet, you can add sugar or honey and stir well), then put the cut mango into the bottom of the bottle, put a layer of yogurt, then a layer of pineapple, and then a layer of yogurt. Just keep filling the whole glass bottle, cover it, put it in the refrigerator before eating. It is cool, sour, and has a strong pineapple flavor after a bite. It is more delicious and more nutritious than the store bought .
