Garlic and Walnut Flowers

Soak dried walnut flowers in cold water for 2 hours.

Rinse with water after soaking.

Bring the water to a boil, add the walnut flowers and cook for 3 minutes, remove.

Add salt, monosodium glutamate, vinegar, minced garlic, minced ginger, and dried chili.
