Garlic Beer Clams

Prepare seasoning dishes

Stir-fry the garlic and millet pepper in the oil, add the clams and stir-fry for a while, then pour 200ml of beer
3.
When braising, you can see the clams slowly open their mouths

Pour in the green pepper and coriander stalks and stir fry until it is super soft
5.
Sprinkle with coriander leaves
Tips:
The clams use clean water with a little salt and oil to help spit sand.
And be sure to use a brush to clean it before cooking.
