Clam and Winter Melon Soup

Prepare ingredients.

Heat a casserole with some oil and sauté the ginger slices until fragrant.

Stir fry clams below.

Stir fry clams until they are open, and boil them in boiling water.

Cook until the soup turns milky white, add winter melon and continue to cook for about 10 minutes.

Add appropriate amount of salt and chicken essence to taste when coming out of the pan.
7.
Sprinkle with parsley leaves at the end.
Tips:
After the clams are fried, they must be put in boiling water so that the soup becomes milky white.
