Cabbage Clam Soup

Wash the cabbage and cut it into inch pieces;

Wash the fresh clams;
3.
Put an appropriate amount of blended oil in the wok;
4.
Put the cabbage in the pot after the oil is hot;
5.
Stir fry a few times to soften the cabbage;
6.
Put the clams in the pot;
7.
Add appropriate amount of water;
8.
Add a small amount of salt according to your taste;
9.
Bring the soup to a boil and turn off the fire when the clam shell opens;
Tips:
1. Cook the clams until the shell is opened. Don't cook for too long, otherwise the clams will become old;
2. The dosage of various condiments should be adjusted according to your own taste.
