Garlic Bitter Chrysanthemum Mixed with Dried Fish
1.
Prepare ingredients.
2.
The puffer fish should be cleaned and soaked in warm water.
3.
Tear it into small strips by hand.
4.
The bitter chrysanthemum is slightly soaked in light salt water and cleaned.
5.
Cut into small pieces.
6.
Finely chop garlic.
7.
Add proper amount of homemade red oil to the pot.
8.
Add minced garlic to the pot. Stir fry until the garlic turns yellow.
9.
Add dried puffer fish.
10.
Stir-fry on medium heat until tasty, turn off the heat and let cool.
11.
Put the washed bitter chrysanthemum on the fish with cold hands. (I'm lazy, I didn't put the fish out, put it directly in the cold pot, so I can wash one less pot)
12.
Add the right amount of salt and the right amount of sugar. (You can also keep it, according to your own taste)
13.
Add proper rice vinegar.
14.
Add some oyster sauce.
15.
Add cooked black sesame seeds and mix well.
Tips:
Pufferfish are poisonous. If you are not sure whether the fish you eat is safe, please think twice. These dried fish are absolutely safe and have been eaten many times, so you can rest assured.
