Broccoli Puffer Dice

Break the broccoli into small flowers, blanch them in boiling water and remove them to cool.

Bone and dice the jerky puffer fish for soaking.

Cut the red pepper into thin sections and slice the garlic.
4.
Heat oil in a pot and add diced puffer fish.
5.
Stir fry the puffer fish meat for a fragrance and a slight change in color.
6.
Add garlic slices and red pepper and stir well.
7.
Add broccoli.
8.
Stir-fry slightly and add oyster sauce.
9.
Add sesame oil.
10.
Add fresh chicken juice.
11.
Stir evenly, turn off the heat, and out of the pot.
Tips:
I didn't add salt to this dish, because the oyster sauce already has a salty taste.
