OMG! It's summer, and I always feel that there are some shortcomings. This is a pickle in our Northeast! Served with steamed buns, cakes and porridge are delicious, the key is also very simple.

Garlic Eggplant

1. Eggplant is steamed on the pot

2. Garlic with salt and mashed

3. Salt and coriander mix

4. The eggplant is steamed and cut from the middle, but don’t cut it, let cool and set aside

5. Fill with garlic and coriander in the middle

6. Put it in an airtight box, put it in the refrigerator, you can eat it in a week

Tips:
