Garlic Pansa

1. Pangasius is marinated with chicken powder, eggs, cooking wine, black pepper, and cornstarch.

2. Heat the oil, add pangasius and fry until golden brown.

3. After the second frying, remove it for use.

4. Heat oil in a saucepan and stir fry the diced garlic and garlic powder.

5. Put in the second deep-fried pansa and stir fry a few times.

6. Pour out edible!
