Garlic Prince Duck

Ingredients: blue-headed duck, a quarter.

Cut the green-headed duck into pieces, slice the ginger, and set aside.

Put a little oil in the pan, saute the ginger slices, add duck pieces, and stir fry.

Add the right amount of soy sauce and rice wine.

Add garlic and stir fry.

Tips:
1. Zhuhou duck, the main seasoning is Zhuhou sauce, you can add a little more.
