Garlic Purslane

Wash the purslane.

Shred green onion and ginger, and mince garlic.

Naoshui: Add water to the pot, add a spoonful of salt, add the purslane after the water is boiled, and remove it after 1 minute.

Heat the oil in the pot, add the green onion, ginger, and minced garlic (put half and leave half) and stir-fry until it tastes out, then add the horticulture.

Stir-fry quickly for 2 minutes, then add the remaining minced garlic, stir-fry for 1 minute and bring out of the pot.
