Mussels are called Haihong in Yantai. We usually buy a pot every time, cook it at home, and dip it in vinegar and ginger juice. It tastes very delicious. I am tired of eating the original flavor. Today, I make a garlic flavored one. In order to improve the taste and the value of the face, the key is that the method is super simple...

Garlic Vermicelli with Double Pepper Mussels

1. First prepare all the ingredients.

2. After scrubbing the mussels, put them in a steamer, cover the pot and bring to a boil.

3. Turn off the fire when you see the mussels opening.

4. Wash the green peppers and red peppers and cut them into small pieces with a knife.

5. After peeling the garlic, chop it with a knife.

6. Soak the vermicelli with boiling water in advance until it becomes transparent and soft.

7. Remove half of the cooked mussels from the shell, clean them up, squeeze fresh lemon juice on them, and place them on a plate.

8. After the pot is hot, pour 5 grams of peanut oil and heat it up, sauté the minced garlic, set aside.

9. Pour the remaining 5 grams of peanut oil into the pan and heat it up, stir fry the chopped green and red peppers until the color is broken, and then set aside.

10. Start with the right amount of fans on each mussel.

11. Then top each mussel with sauteed garlic chopped.

12. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot, put it on the steamer, and put the mussels on the steamer.

13. Cover the pot and bring it to a boil. Steam for 5 minutes to turn off the heat.

14. Take out the steamed mussels while hot.

15. On the steamed mussels, top with fried green and red peppers and enjoy.

Tips:

Don't fry the garlic too much, the taste will be affected, and the color will turn slightly yellow. When the mussels are steamed with shells, turn off the fire when you see the opening, so as not to taste bad when steaming...
