Garlic Yellow Croaker

Remove the scales and internal organs of the yellow aunty fish and set aside.

Put a knife on both sides of the fish body.
3.
Add a little white wine to the plate and marinate for 15 minutes.

Place green onions under the fish body.
5.
Put it in the steamer.
6.
Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
7.
Take out the soup and green onion ginger.
8.
Sprinkle with green onion, ginger and garlic.
9.
Pour the steamed fish soy sauce.

Add another spoonful of hot oil.
Tips:
The steaming time should not be too long, so as to prevent the fish from getting old, just steam a catty of fish for 10 minutes.
