Ginkgo Duck Soup

The white nuts are ready. spare.

Dice the duck into pieces and marinate with yellow wine and ginger slices for half an hour to an hour.

Heat oil in a pot, add sliced ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add duck meat and stir fry

Pour the rice wine. Stir fry. Transfer to a pressure cooker, simmer for 30 minutes, open the lid and add ginkgo, and simmer for another 20 minutes. Put salt and green onions before serving.
