There was still some bonito kelp broth left. I turned the refrigerator and found something ready-made, so I made this noodle soup. It should have been udon noodles. There is no udon noodles at home, so I replaced it with konjac noodles. The bonito broth is very fresh.

Bonito Konjac Noodle Soup

1. Pre-made stock

2. Preparation materials: shiitake mushrooms, fish plate and dried ginkgo

3. After the broth is boiled, put in the konjac noodles rinsed with water, boil and remove, filter the soup and pour it into the noodles

4. The remaining soup will be cooked with dried ginkgo, carrot flowers and shiitake mushrooms

5. Put all the ingredients in the noodles
