Add 150 grams of homemade sugar-free yogurt to mashed sweet potatoes and mix well (choose thick yogurt)

Making glaze: 150g glucose syrup, add 40g water, 80g sugar into the container, bring to a boil on medium heat on the stove, stir until the sugar melts, remove from the heat

Tips:
The amount of glaze is relatively large, and it is also because of the reason why it is better to drench. If you think it is a bit wasteful, you can reduce the amount at your discretion (recycled glaze is refrigerated and can be used next time)
