Gluten Stuffed Meat

Use a larger oil gluten package.

Poke a small hole in the gluten bag.

Add minced green onion, ginger, salt, sugar, chicken essence and appropriate amount of water to the ground meat and stir vigorously.

Put the flavored minced meat into the piping bag and squeeze it into the gluten bag.

Put the gluten bag in a clay pot, pour the water in a half-clay pot, add green onion, ginger, soy sauce, salt and sugar.
