Gluttonous Snacks---apple Potato Cakes

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel and slice potatoes into a bowl.

Cover and put in the microwave on medium-high heat for 3-5 minutes.

Peel and cut apples into small pieces and soak them in clean water. Add a few drops of lemon juice to the water to prevent the apples from discoloring.

Use a spoon to mash the cooked potatoes, add lemon juice and sugar, and mix well.

Tips:
