There are many vegetables in my house, and the number one is potatoes. Why? Because it is delicious, nutritious, cheap, and resistant to storage! Usually, our potatoes are eaten by burning, stewing, or stir-frying, but if there are few potatoes, they will be put together like these kinds of ingredients to make spicy dry pot potatoes. Ingredients

Spicy Griddle Potatoes

1. Prepare the ingredients: peel the potatoes and wash them; remove the stems of the two vitex and wash them; wash the onions and carrots;

2. Dice potatoes, carrots, dices and onions;

3. Pour an appropriate amount of vegetable oil into the pan to heat, add the potatoes and stir fry;

9. Turn off the heat and cook.
