Prepare the ingredients: sweet potato filling and glutinous rice flour.

Pour 200 grams of glutinous rice flour into 150 milliliters of water and mix well. The amount of water is 80% of the flour.

Grab and knead into a hard dough.

Place a layer of white glutinous rice dough under the mold. Spread another layer of yellow sweet potato filling. Spread a total of four layers of white dough noodles and three layers of yellow sweet potato fillings.
