I wanted to make a nice and delicious heart-shaped bun with sweet potato filling. During the second serve, I went downstairs for a while due to an emergency, but the fermentation time was too long, which caused the dough to become bigger and bigger. Oh, it’s getting better. Ugly so ugly; there is no other way but to bake it quickly, gratifyingly: the taste is still pretty good~~~

Sweet Potato Sesame Bread

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Pour the main ingredients except butter into the bread machine, stir into a flocculent shape and start kneading

3. After the end, add softened butter and continue to knead until smooth

4. Knead round and cover with a wet cloth to ferment to 2.5 times its size

5. Take out the exhaust, weigh and divide into 12 parts, rub the round cover film to relax for 15 minutes

6. Divide the sweet potato filling into 12 portions: 25 g/portion

7. Take a portion of the dough and squash it, put a sweet potato ball and wrap it tightly

8. After squeezing, use a rolling pin to gently roll into a tongue shape

9. Fold in half to grow a bar, as shown in the figure

10. Fold again to grow triangle

11. Use a spatula to cut the lower end, and leave the upper end about 1cm do not cut

12. Split the slices and face up to form a heart shape

13. Put it in a baking tray and send to a warm and humid place to ferment

14. When it is twice as big, take out the whole egg liquid on the surface and sprinkle with sesame seeds
PS: My post is a bit too big: it happened that there was an emergency at home, and it was so ugly after going downstairs for a while and coming back.

15. Deliver to the middle of the oven: 180 degrees, up and down fire, bake for 20-25 minutes

16. Take it out when the surface is golden, and then move it to the grill to let cool

Tips:

1. In hot weather, ice water can be used, and in cold weather, warm water similar to hand temperature can be used to mix noodles, the effect is better
2. Observe in time when the second hair is sent, and don't send it too big (I just sent it), otherwise it will affect the appearance of the finished product
3. The baking temperature and time are for reference only, the specific situation can be determined according to the temper of the home baking, and the baking is the standard
