#四session Baking Contest and It's Love to Eat Festival#little Chicken Roasted Fruit
1.
Sift low-gluten flour, baking powder, and milk powder once.
2.
Add the egg yolks to the condensed milk and mix well.
3.
Sift the powder into the egg yolk.
4.
Knead into dough, cover with plastic wrap, and keep in refrigerator for more than 30 minutes.
5.
In the process of refrigerating, divide the filling into 15 grams each. The filling is as you like. Here is the sweet potato filling. But don't use fillings with too much water.
6.
Divide the refrigerated dough into small doughs of 20 grams each and round them. The dough that has not been manipulated can be covered with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
7.
Flatten the dough with the palm of your hand, then pinch the edge of the dough with your hand, and put the filling on it. (If the dough is a bit sticky, you can sprinkle a thin layer of flour on the chopping board and get some on your hands)
8.
Close up with a tiger's mouth.
9.
Roll into the shape shown in the figure, with one side being large and the other being small.
10.
Then use a tiger's mouth to slowly pinch the small side upwards, and then pinch out the pointed mouth, making it look like a chicken. After everything is done, use cocoa liquor (appropriate amount of water and cocoa powder) or dark chocolate to draw the eyes and chicken wings. I also made a few piglets.
11.
Put the baking tray into the middle layer of the preheated 170 degree oven and bake for about 13-15 minutes. Different oven models have different tempers, so the time and temperature are for reference only.
Tips:
Don't choose fillings with too much moisture
