Golden Sour Soup Fish

Prepare all the necessary ingredients, wash and cut, fillets of pansa.

Pour the fish fillets into the marinade bag, mix well and marinate for five minutes.

Cook the bean sprouts, lettuce, and fish fillets separately and put them in a bowl for later use.

Boil the water, pour it into the seasoning bag and stir well, then pour in the millet chili and cook for the aroma (the video taken when cooking, all the screenshots used here will be blurry).

Finally, pour the cooked sauce in a bowl and sprinkle with coriander to complete it.
Tips:
The meat slices should not be cooked for too long, so as not to cook old and lose the original tenderness. For those with heavy taste, adding millet spicy is indispensable. The soup cooked with millet spicy and sour soup fish seasoning will be more spicy (because I have eaten it and drank all the soup, haha).
