Ingredients: baby cabbage core.

Goose gizzards (cooked).

Chopped peppers.

Sesame oil.

Put the baby cabbage core on the chopping board and slice it, set aside.

Place the cooked goose gizzards on the chopping board and cut them.

Next, put the cut baby cabbage core and goose gizzards into a large bowl.

Then, put the chopped pepper, add some MSG and sesame oil.

Mix well and serve.
