Gotu Kola Soup

Peel the carrots and cut into small pieces, peel the horseshoes, and wash them.

Gotu Kola is cleaned and set aside.

Fly the pig bones with water and rinse them out.

Put the horseshoe, carrots, candied dates and pork bones in the soup pot first, and boil the right amount of water for 1 hour.

Then add Gotu Kola root and continue to boil for 1 hour. (Salt can be put according to preference, I usually don't put salt)

This soup is sweet and delicious, and my son also drank 2 bowls.
