Gotu Kola (scientific Name Centella Asiatica) Chicken Soup
1.
Gotu Kola cleans the old yellow leaves and cleans them for later use. (Too much will cause bitterness, so appropriate amount)
2.
Chop local chicken and prepare two slices of ginger
3.
Boil water in a casserole and boil the sliced ginger and chicken in the water for half an hour (the time depends on the age of the chicken, and it takes about an hour if it is old). Normally, I don’t use flying water for the soup of the chicken at home. There was half a carrot left in the fried rice the day before yesterday, so I put it together. The chicken soup has been boiled for about half an hour, then put Gotu Kola root, cook for another 20 minutes, add salt to taste, and start drinking.
4.
It's very delicious. I always miss some of the dishes I had when I was a child. I don't know if it's the reason for being old.
