Stir-fried Bitter Gourd with Xo Sauce

Cut the bitter gourd in half and remove the flesh.

Diagonal knife slicing.

Peel and mince garlic.

Add minced garlic and XO sauce in a cold pan, and fry them to create a fragrant flavor. (XO sauce contains a lot of oil, so there is no need to add oil.)

Put the bitter gourd into the fry.

Add about 3 tablespoons of water and cook until the bitter gourd becomes soft.

Stir fry with sugar and salt. (XO sauce contains salty taste, so salt should be added appropriately.)

Continue to fry for 2-3 minutes.
