Gotu Kola Carp Soup
1.
Wash the crucian carp and fry in a non-stick pan until both sides are slightly yellow
2.
Put the fried crucian carp in a casserole, add water, add the ginger cubes and white wine, boil on high heat and turn to low heat for half an hour.
3.
Wash Gotu Kola root, remove the roots, rinse, and chop. Half an hour later, when the fish soup becomes white and the fish is soft and rotten, pour it into the pot and cook for another ten minutes.
4.
Gotu Kola root has been soft-cooked in about ten minutes, season with salt, and put it in a soup bowl.
Tips:
Some people are not used to eating Gotu Kola, like Houttuynia cordata. If you are afraid of the small spines of the crucian carp being mixed with the Gotu Kola root, after the fish soup is cooked, you can first remove the crucian carp, strain the soup and then add the Gotu Kola root.
