Gourd Boiled Vermicelli

Peel the gourd and wash it.

Cut into small dices.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, stir-fry the green onion, ginger, pepper, and dried red pepper until fragrant.

Add the diced gourd and stir fry a few times.

A bowl of boiling water, some salt light soy sauce to taste.

Add the soft soaked vermicelli and simmer for six or seven minutes on medium and low heat.

Turn off the fire and serve.
