Granola
1.
Prepare raw oatmeal, raw pumpkin seed kernels, raw sunflower seed kernels, and raw almond flakes. The ratio can be adjusted as you like. You can also add corn flakes, pine nuts, cashews and other nuts;
2.
Dried cranberries are not roasted with the nuts, so put them on a plate separately, and you can replace or add other dried fruits;
3.
Prepare honey, coconut oil, and maltose; coconut oil can be replaced with olive oil, and maltose can be replaced with maple syrup or honey;
4.
Weigh the honey, maltose, and coconut oil and put them in the same pot; the coconut oil has solidified after being placed in the refrigerator, so it must be heated and melted in water before use;
5.
Pour oatmeal, pumpkin seed kernels, sunflower seed kernels, and almond flakes into the honey coconut oil melt, mix well with a spoon, so that each grain is covered with the melt; at this time, the oven can be preheated to 155 degrees;
6.
Spread greased paper on the baking tray, pour the oatmeal material into the baking tray and spread evenly;
7.
Put it into the middle layer of the preheated oven and heat it up and down at 155 degrees for 30 minutes; the temperature and time depend on the actual situation of the oven, the size of the baking tray and the thickness of the oatmeal spread; turn it every 10 minutes in the middle;
8.
When the oatmeal turns golden brown, you can take it out of the oven, mix the dried cranberries in it, and put it in a bag or bottle and seal it after it is completely cooled.
9.
Granola, gluttonous and not growing meat!
Tips:
1. Nut kernels can be adjusted, but because the size of the particles is different, so adjust the temperature and time by yourself;
2. In addition to dried cranberries, you can also put dried blueberries and raisins, but they are all put after roasting the oatmeal nuts;
3. The oatmeal made by this formula is slightly sweet, adjust according to your own taste.
