Oatmeal Pumpkin Porridge

Soak the rice and oats for one hour separately.

Peel the pumpkin and cut into pieces.

The pumpkin pieces are steamed in a steamer.

Add a little water to the steamed pumpkin cubes and put them in a food processor to make a puree.

Put the soaked rice and oats in the pressure cooker. Choose thick file, 18 minutes.

The porridge is ready.

Add pumpkin puree and stir.

Season with a pinch of salt. You can leave it out if you don't like it.
Tips:
After the porridge is cooked, if it is sticky, add pumpkin puree directly. If it is not sticky, put it in a soup pot and cook until it is sticky, then add pumpkin puree. The pressure cooker cooks porridge, the amount of water is 7 times that of the ingredients.
